Expertise Matters

Our programs are successful! We employ evidence based best practices that improve recruitment and retention rates; improve problem solving within groups, and, ultimately; increase revenue!
Our cultural competence/unconscious bias training programs’ lead facilitator and subject matter expert is a doctoral level psychologist whose research and ten year’s experience is specifically related to the ways in which individuals, groups and service providers can enhance skills related to cross racial and cross cultural interactions.
Our diversity and inclusion programs are created and led by a 20 year executive whose experience has guided global corporations in developing and implementing data driven, impactful diversity and inclusion strategies.
Our cultural liaison services are led by an attorney, with 10 years human resources and employee relations experience, as well as experience advising both small businesses and multi-million dollar entities.  Additional support services are provided by a Master’s level Social Worker whose research based approach guides the facilitation of discussions about race and culture.
